The Friday night fish fry is wonderful. I've actually never had a bad meal. I ABSOLUTELY love their Reuben sandwiches, as they're made with the good stuff, NOT lunch meat. 🥰 Feel free to bring your dog and sit out back on the patio.
Was there on a Sunday. Place was packed however we luckily got a spot to sit right away as others had to wait after us. Food was fantastic. Got a burger and also tried some of my wife’s chicken sandwich was also great. Service was spot on despite been packed and busy. Only complaint is the lack of sitting in their main area. They do have an additional seating however it’s not in the main area.
We are camping in the area so we decided to come here for lunch. The food and service were both great!! We had a Reuben, chicken sandwich, waffle and regular fries, and fried pickles. We will definitely come back when we visit this area again!
Hands down the best patty melt I have had in many, many years. We took a chance being on the road and were so happy we did. The only critique would be to lower the light brightness, but other than that, it was amazing. I have a sensitive stomach, and normal would get sick off a patty melt, but not this one. So clean and fresh. Coming from a chef, I hope I can stop in again on another road trip soon.
Went on Friday 10/20, ordered the chicken bacon ranch salad. When I received my dinner I was appalled that I received a salad made entirely our of shredded lettuce (like the kind they put on tacos). When I spoke to the staff they were unfazed and just blew me off with an ridiculous comment that they didn't know until they brought it out to me. I explained that it was difficult to eat shredded lettuce as a salad. The tall blond with glasses said oh well what do you want, I said I'd appreciate if she offered a solution and she said I did I asked you what you want. I said it would be great if she could give some sort of discount and she said fine I'll take it off the bill and grabbed my plate and walked away. So not only did they fail to provide any notice about the substitution, which had the told me when I ordered I WOULD HAVE ORDERED SOMETHING DIFFERENT!!! THEY ALSO DECIDED THAT I WAS APPARENTLY NOT EVEN HUNGRY!!!!!! STAFF THERE IS SO ENTILED, AS IF THEY ARE A MICHELIN STAR RESTAURANT, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME STAFF HAS BEEN RUDE OR INDIGNANT!!!! EVERY ONE OF THEM HAS AN ATTITUDE. THEY NEED TO GO TO CHARM SCHOOL OR SOMETHING!!! MY GOD!!!!
We hemmed and hawed about eating at our resort or headed out to try something. Let me tell you, if you're in this same situation, come here.
Their burgers are fantastic. I had the rodeo with a medium burger, cheese curds, and slices of cheese with bbq instead of ranch. It was awesome. Absolutely would come back here in a second. Very affordable and a very generous sized burger.
Service was fast, and the appetizers were great. Do yourself a favor, get the cheese curds and corn nuggets. Come here to eat!
After years of driving past thinking this was a gay bar I finally stopped. The food was amazing. Will definitely be back.
